K ick off your shoes and relax at Bearfootin’. Bearfootin’ is a one bedroom cabin with two bathrooms and amazing mountain views tucked under the Foothills Pakway at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Located in Wears Valley and only about ten minutes from Pigeon Forge. Bearfootin’ provides gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains making it the perfect spot for honeymoons, anniversary trips, or a spur of the moment getaway. Bearfootin’ will comfortably sleep two and is easily accessible any time of the year. The cabin is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
The living room at Bearfootin’ is clad in tongue and groove pine from the walls to the ceiling. The love seat reclines on both sides for enjoying the gas log fireplace or the flat screen cable TV complete with a Blu-ray/DVD player. There is also a comfortable sitting chair just off the corner, two end tables, and a coffee table. The stack stone gas fireplace is the focal point of the room and can help create the perfect Smoky Mountain atmosphere. Bearfootin’ also features a fully equipped kitchen. Inside this two person cabin, you’ll find a galley style kitchen. All of your major appliances (including a full-size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher) are on hand, and several counter top appliances (including a coffee maker, k-cup coffee maker, and toaster) are provided as well. Just behind the living room and off the kitchen is a full size dining table. It can easily seat four if you happen to have guests visiting the area. The dining table can also serve as a work space for you laptop on the free Wi-Fi connection or double as a game table.
Bearfootin’ features one main bedroom with hardwood floors and a king size bed. The bedroom also includes its a second cable TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player, a padded rocking chair, a ceiling fan, two nightstands, and two reading lamps. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom complete with a large whirlpool tub, a single vanity, and a toilet. Just outside the bedroom is a second bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination with a smaller whirlpool tub, a single vanity, and a toilet. When it’s time for a little peace and quiet after a day out shopping or hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Bearfootin’ has just what the doctor ordered. With plenty of rocking chairs and an outdoor hot tub on the covered deck, Bearfootin’ provides plenty of opportunities for relaxing. Did we mention the views? Bearfootin’ has beautiful views of Cove mountain, Round Top mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. To make your Smoky Mountain stay even more convenient, Bearfootin’ also offers a stack washer & dryer, an iron & ironing board, and high speed wireless Comcast Internet. You’ll also find a charcoal park grill just off the front porch.
