P  ’s Retreat is a newly built two level three bedroom, three and one half bath (3BR/3.5BA) getaway where modern style meets Smoky Mountain charm. With easy paved road access and a heart of Wears Valley location, P’s Retreat is accessible year round and only minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National park, the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Gatlinburg. Having both an upper and lower entrance adds to the ease of accessibility and makes P’s Retreat the perfect gathering place. P’s Retreat will comfortably sleep six, is non-smoking, and does not allow pets.

The upper living area of P’s Retreat features the kitchen, great room, dining area, a half bath, and the master bedroom & bathroom. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinets for storage and granite countertops. In addition to all the latest major appliances, P’s Retreat also provides a variety of small appliances including, but not limited to, a 12 cup coffeemaker, a single serve Keurig, a toaster, a crock pot, a waffle maker, a blender, an assortment of pots & pans, and various forms of bake ware. The dining area can easily seat six and afford everyone plenty of elbow room. In the living area, the electric stacked stone fireplace, with enough settings to capture the perfect mood, is an impressive focal point. The 55” flat screen Smart TV sits just above the mantel and is easily viewed from either of the two sofas. The cathedral ceiling draws attention by featuring custom beam and wood work accented with one very impressive ceiling fan. The main level master bedroom holds a king size bed with a custom headboard, a large flat screen TV, and an attached master bathroom. The master bath features a double sink vanity and a combination tub/shower.

The downstairs level plays host to two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, the game room, and a laundry room. Each bedroom features a queen size bed with a custom headboard, a large flat screen Smart TV, and an attached bathroom. Each bathroom has a tub shower combination as well as a single sink vanity. The game room is home to and additional 55” Smart TV, a comfortable L-shaped sofa, the pool table, and two arcade games, Ms. Pac-Man and Ultimate Legends, resulting in a wide selection of one and two player games. The laundry room holds a full-sized, front loading washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Wireless high speed Internet is available throughout P’s Retreat.

The outdoors are indeed great at P’s Retreat with an over-sized three quarter wrap around covered deck featuring a variety of seating choices, an impressive outdoor hot tub, a gas grill, and a fire pit. Enjoy a quite sunrise, a sunset view, or relax next to the fire pit and listen to the music of nature.
